This document contains an inventory of in which country local law could lead to a staff transfer obligation for Capgemini and why. This would usually not be a separate document but could in first instance be a slide or a few lines of text in the powerpoint presentation used in the Collaborative Selling process like for the Solution and Deal Reviews.
In case of a staff transfer obligation this would be a list that will be incorporated in or attached to the Staff Transfer Strategy artifact. |
